Kale Chips

They aren't as messy as they look (when adults eat them) and are as healthy as they sound!!
I was inspired by a friend of mine to put this recipe on the blog...I hope you enjoy it as much as we do!
Kale Chips
Preheat the oven to 325.
Devein the kale, after washing.
Lightly rub both sides of the kale leaves with olive oil.
Salt and pepper, then place on baking sheet.
Cook in oven until crisp and slight browning begins.
You may flip them over if you'd like (I usually do, but have friends who don't).
These are a crunchy, healthy snack! Enjoy the same day (they don't save well).

I'm about to try these . . . such a great idea! I got the placemat at Babies R Us. It's been worth every penny.
