The nice and tidy beginning

First, let me just say that having play-doh in the house stretches me as a mom and as a person! I know this might sound weird, but it is messy, stinky, and feels pretty weird. I don't really like it.

So, instead of using the store bought brand, we made our own! It smells nice, like vanilla and is kept in the fridge... My only warning is in the colouring process--you might want to wear gloves because food colouring definitely stains the hands.

Another reason that play-doh stretches me is because I am a neat, organized person. I don't mix the colours. Korban, however, doesn't care if the colours get mixed! In fact, they didn't stay separate for long.

Part of being a parent is this growing process...silly as it may seem, play-doh makes me grow!
