Garden Gone Wild!!

I am a novice gardener. I dug up a huge chunk of our back yard (landlord gave me permission!) and just stuck some seeds in the ground. Now, they have a mind of their own. The tomatoes are definitely the boss of the garden. One of the 5 plants is nearly 5 feet tall with more than a 3 foot width. Last night we ate beets with our bbq and they were bigger than baseballs. And this zucchini...it looks like a watermelon! (usually they don't taste so good when they get this big, but I seeded it and served it like zuke parmesan and it was great!) We have potato plants galore and lettuce coming out our ears...

It is soooo fun to grow your own food, even if you don't know what in the heck your doing!!
